Welcome to Sewing Pattern Secrets LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of our digital products, courses, memberships, and downloadable content. By completing a purchase on this site, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Products and Services

Sewing Pattern Secrets LLC provides digital and educational sewing resources, including:

Online courses and memberships

 

Downloadable PDF patterns, ebooks, instruction files, charts, and sewing references

 

Access to an online learning platform with video lessons and community features

All materials are digital. No physical products are shipped unless expressly stated.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which also enables Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Sewing Pattern Secrets LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

Some programs may later offer recurring membership billing or subscription models. If you enroll in such a program, you authorize automatic recurring charges until canceled in accordance with the program’s stated terms.

4. Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product(s) through our Kajabi-powered platform. Access methods vary by product type:

  • Intro to Fashion Illustration: Immediate access to all course materials upon purchase.

  • Design Secrets and other courses: Drip-release format (content is released gradually over time, such as 6-month or 12-month schedules).

  • Lifetime access: Refers to access for as long as the Company continues to operate the specific course or program.

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and ensuring accurate contact information during checkout.

5. Refund Policy and Access Revocation

At this time, our 30-day refund policy applies only to the Introduction to Fashion Illustration program purchased through Stripe checkout.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of your purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Once approved, Sewing Pattern Secrets LLC will process your refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Upon refund, access to all associated course materials, downloads, and community features for that purchase will be revoked.

After 30 days, no refunds will be granted, and your access will continue under the lifetime or recurring model applicable at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our digital products—including videos, PDFs, lessons, patterns, artwork, and text—is the property of Sewing Pattern Secrets LLC and is protected by copyright.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for your own personal sewing and learning purposes.

You may not share, sell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise transfer the materials to any third party.
However, you may sell finished garments created using Sewing Pattern Secrets patterns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or grant unauthorized access to others

  • Copy, repost, or reproduce any course content or downloads

  • Circumvent, modify, or interfere with any platform security or access systems

  • Misuse the platform in a way that disrupts service for others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

All information and materials are provided for educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sewing Pattern Secrets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our materials or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
